Hi, I'm Diya! I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from New York University and have experience working in schools, hospitals, and home environments. My expertise includes supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and working with children facing Conduct and Behavioral Disorders, ADHD, and Selective Mutism through Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I am passionate about understanding human behavior—what drives individuals, how change happens, and how to create a positive impact. My approach to mental health care is rooted in compassion, self-acceptance, and the mind-body connection. I believe in the power of mindfulness, meditation, and a holistic perspective on well-being, creating a safe space for individuals to explore their emotions and build self-awareness. Outside of work, I love reading, cooking, and creating. Music allows me to switch off and be fully present in the moment. I strive to bring this same sense of balance and positivity into my work, always looking for ways to make someone’s day even a little better.
