“Hi, I’m Sarah, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience in direct practice, program development, and clinical leadership. I’m passionate about trauma-informed, person-centered care, especially for individuals living with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead and implement a variety of mental health and harm reduction initiatives across New York City, working in mental health and community-based settings, as well as within the court and criminal justice system.
