“Hi, I’m Thanh Le. I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Louisiana State University and completed my clinical internship at the UCLA Semel Institute of Neuroscience and Behavior. I specialize in working with individuals facing serious mental illnesses, depression, anxiety, and life stressors. My focus is on providing recovery-oriented care to clients across a variety of settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and community environments. I’m passionate about creating a supportive, growth-oriented atmosphere where clients can break free from unhelpful patterns and achieve their personal goals. Before joining Amae Health, I served as a Clinical Research Postdoctoral Fellow at the UCLA Department of Psychiatry and the VA Greater Los Angeles, where my research centered on treatment outcomes, community integration, digital health solutions, and motivation for those with serious mental illnesses. My work has been featured in peer-reviewed journals such as World Psychiatry, Community Mental Health Journal, and Schizophrenia Research. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, eating at local restaurants, and going to LA Clippers games.”
