Hi, I'm Tiffany De La Torre! I’m the Clinical Outreach and Treatment Placement Specialist at Amae Health here in Los Angeles, where I’m dedicated to connecting individuals with the care they need. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a focus on Health and Social Welfare from California State University, Fullerton. With over five years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals within the developmental disabilities, mental, and behavioral health communities. I’m passionate about being a resource for both individuals and families, ensuring they have the support needed to thrive. This commitment stems not only from my professional experiences but also from a personal place—having loved ones who could have greatly benefited from PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) and IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) programs. I'm here to ensure our community knows what Amae has to offer. Alongside my current role, I have spent over five years working within in-home health services, helping individuals with developmental disabilities navigate the Regional Center system in West Los Angeles, South Bay, and Orange County. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family and friends, attending yoga classes, and while taking infinite pictures of my Dachshund, Nigel!
